Terms and Conditions
We kindly ask you to read carefully the following terms and conditions in order to avoid misunderstandings.
Our Villa reserves the right , at its discretion, to change, modify,update,add or remove these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice.
Payment
Prices include all taxes.
Once the availability and the total cost of the services are confirmed by our company, (usually within 24 hours from your request) your confirmation will be asked. For reservations till 29 days before the arrival , we require a deposit of the 30% of the total cost. For reservations less than 28 days before the arrival the whole amount (100%) of the total cost is required.
The are no other charges to be added. After payment is charged, you will receive your travel documents along with your payment receipt.
Cancellation of the reservation
Cancellation made for any reason wiil result to "cancellation fees".
The usual cancellation fees rate as follows :

If you would like to cancel or modify your request send us e-mail. "Safe Period" for cancelling your reservation is considered the number of days prior the arrival day that are safe to cancel. If your reservation is cancelled "on time" this means that there is no cancellation fee to be paid. The only charges you get, are for administration fee and expenses that where made for reservation phone calls, fax, etc.
Extension / Alteration of Holidays
Extending your holidays is not always possible, although every effort will be made. No refund will be given for a stay shorter, than the one you booked, and the villa, house or apartment is free to be let after the clients departure. A major alteration may be treated as cancellation.
Insurance
Although Greece is of course a full European Union member, many of its customs and practices differ from the familiar in Northern Europe, particularly in terms of medical facilities. You should also assume that you are not personally insured when carried in any motor vehicle. Therefore, you take out your own travel insurance.
Air Travel
Please make your own flight arrangements and then inform us of the details. We are not responsible for any problems with flights such as delays or cancellations by the operator or their agents.
Accommodation
The accommodation is for the exclusive use of the clients and is not to be sub-let under any circumstances. All breakages and losses must be paid for prior to departure, which normally ends at noon on the last day of rental. In case of late departure, we can extend your stay in the House, villa or apartment only in case that not new clients are expected.
Liability
Our organization is not responsible for loss or damage to clients because of circumstances beyond its control, such as failures of public supplies or transportation, acts by governments, civil disturbances, acts of God etc. In the unlikely event of any observations or complaints, do please discuss these directly with us , at the time , during your stay.
